St Albans District loves a street party!
St Albans District was the street party capital of Hertfordshire in 2022 with nearly a third of the county’s 500+ street parties taking place here. During the Queen’s Jubilee long weekend in June over 150 streets closed to traffic in order to celebrate together with a traditional street party. See our photo gallery below!
To organise your own street party you simply need to apply to Herts County Council at minimum 6 weeks before your party after having consulted your neighbours by letter.
